When using a browser such as Edge, it saves some information from websites in its "cookies" and "cache". Clearing them helps fix certain problems like loading and formatting issues and you will get the most up-to-date information from the web page.
In Chrome [Computer]
- On your computer, open Google Chrome. (Keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del. Skip to Step 4.)
- At the top right, click.
- Click Settings.
- Click Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Delete browsing data, press Choose what to clear
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select “All time”.
- Next check the boxes “Browsing History” (optional), "Download History"(optional), "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files,"
- Click "Clear data".
