Virtual desktops can be accessed from any computer with an internet browser (does not need to be a BTC computer) and will provide a generic virtual computer within your browser window to access the internal BTC network for services that are not available from off-network (network storage drives, specialized software, etc.).

  • Several programs now also have program-specific virtual desktops available for students to access specialized software from anywhere.

Go to https://mydesktop.blackhawk.edu/ to log in and select the desktop that applies to you.
